• Discord Server (Guild) Data: If you link a Discord server to a project via our sync feature, we collect your server's ID, name, icon, channel IDs, and role information to facilitate integrations.
• Project and Transcript Data: HTML content of uploaded transcripts, custom domains, subdomains, and API tokens.
• Usage and Audit Logs: Logs of actions performed within your projects (e.g., team member changes, transcript updates, project updates) for the purpose of powering the Audit Log feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Authenticate your access to the dashboard and API.
• Synchronize collaborator roles automatically between your Discord server and BGplus projects.
• Send transcript and audit logs directly to your configured Discord channels.
• Link transcripts to your specific projects and custom domains.
• Communicate with you about service updates or security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

You can access, update, or delete your project data at any time through the dashboard. You may also unlink your Discord server from a project to stop syncing roles and data. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us.
